Reaches and Holds

When Xye was 3-4 months old he just looked at the dangling objects of his play gym. He doesn’t reach out to hold any of the objects but instead tapping it with his feet.
Now that he is 5 months and 2 days old, when I placed him under his play gym this afternoon he did reached out and held the objects in front of him. Isn't it amazing? What would an excited mother do in times like this? Of course took some snaps of her baby's milestone. Just like I did..wink*
One of the milestones that we parents are looking forward that our babies will do is reaching and grasp objects.
When baby reaches age 5 to 6 months he usually struggles to get out-of-reach objects and grasps objects dangling in front of him.
I guess my baby Xye is in the right track. Way to go sweetheart!
