Two Small White Spots on Lower Gum

This morning I checked my baby's mouth and I've seen 2 small white spot on his lower gum. I guess his 2 tiny bottom teeth want to say hello to the outside world. 

So far these are what I have observed lately, drooling, letting out his tougue, and biting his lower lip. Are these symptoms of teething?

I need to do some research first and will share to you what I have read later.

I asked hubby to take a snap while I'm trying to open his mouth.
